COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking on to our workshops you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. (This Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights) . If you wish to cancel the workshop you have booked please notify us by email sussexemt@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Before 8 weeks - Refund of 50% deposit or if full payment made at the time of booking, refund of full payment less 50%
Within 8 weeks - 100% cancellation fee

We will always do our best to transfer clients who are no longer able to attend the date that they have booked at no additional cost, however, this is done on a discretionary basis based on last minute availability and may require a further £50 deposit which will be fully refundable when attending the transferred date. (For cancellation or non attendance of new date offered - 100% loss of additional deposit paid)
